Steroplast Twin Pack contains one each of the following: Sterofix dressing retention tape (5cm x 10 metres) which is designed to flex with body movement and conform well in awkward areas such as over the patella, and Steroplast Premium Sports Tape with serrated edge (4cm x 13.7 metres).
This taping pack has a number of uses but is particularly effective for taping the patella for pain relief and rehabilitation exercises in cases of patella femoral pain.
